"Mama Don't Take My Kodachrome". An original painted wood construct by American artist and sculptor Joey Vaiasuso. Three parts assemble to form this group. Joey's use of minor and sharp note colors as opposed to primary tones give this group a disquieting energy. The individual tonal elements also do not ride on one surface plain. For example, the small "porky-pig pink" rectangle in the middle rises slightly out of its surroundings defying its neighbours. The bottom of this delightful trio cascades downward providing an energetic resolution.
