A dynamic pair of French oak "Grand Repos" chairs by Guillerme et Chambron circa 1960. The largest model of the Grand Repos, these chairs are newly reupholstered. The non visible base of the chair, under the seat cushion, is also upholstered. Jacque Chambron and Robert Guillerme began their association in 1949. The original "Repos" chair was designed in 1950. The "Grand Repos" was designed in 1960.
